Her True Name Coaching
Grace and accountability can exist at the same time.
Before we begin, I want us to establish something important:
I will never ask you to be perfect. I will ask you to participate.
HTN Coaching is a partnership. I will bring the coaching, tools, support, encouragement, and accountability, but lasting change requires your willingness to show up, communicate honestly, and allow yourself to be coached.
There will be weeks when things don't go according to plan. That's not failure, and it's not a reason to disappear.
Those are often the moments when coaching matters most.
Please read the commitment below before acknowledging that you're ready to begin.
The HTN Coaching Commitment
Coaching Is a Partnership.
Welcome to Her True Name Coaching. 🤍
Before we begin, I want us to establish something important:
I will never ask you to be perfect. I will ask you to participate.
There will be weeks when you feel motivated and weeks when you don't. There will be workouts that don't happen, meals that don't go according to plan, busy seasons, celebrations, hard days, and moments when old habits feel easier than new ones.
None of those things disqualify you from this journey.
But when things get hard, I don't want you to disappear.
That's when I want you to let me coach you.
What You Can Expect From Me
As your coach, I commit to:
Coach you as an individual, not as a number in an app.
Provide fitness programming appropriate for your goals and starting point.
Establish individualized calorie and macro targets and adjust them as appropriate throughout your coaching.
Help you build realistic habits around nutrition, movement, and stewardship.
Provide the level and style of accountability we establish together.
Pay attention to your progress and make adjustments when needed.
Encourage you while also being willing to challenge you.
Provide a daily Scripture-based devotional inside the app.
Create space for questions, honesty, setbacks, and wins.
Show up prepared for our monthly 1:1 check-ins and weekly Gathering calls.
Treat the things you share with care and respect.
I will bring the coaching, tools, support, and accountability.
What I Ask From You
You don't have to do everything perfectly to be successful here.
But coaching only works when we both participate.
As an HTN Coaching client, I ask that you:
Communicate honestly with me about what's working and what isn't.
Track the things we've mutually agreed are important for your goals.
Make a genuine effort to complete your planned workouts and habits.
Participate in scheduled check-ins.
Respond to coaching communication within a reasonable timeframe.
Tell me when you're struggling rather than disappearing.
Ask questions when you're confused or need additional support.
Be willing to make adjustments when something isn't working.
Give yourself permission to learn instead of expecting perfection.
A missed workout isn't failure. An imperfect food log isn't failure. A difficult week isn't failure.
Those are opportunities for us to look at what's happening and decide what needs to change.
But I can't coach what I don't know.
Your Accountability Will Be Personal.
Accountability doesn't look the same for every woman.
During your onboarding call, we'll talk about how you respond best to coaching and decide together what accountability should look like for you.
You may want me to check in when you miss a workout.
You may want a message after a couple of days without nutrition logging.
You may need direct reminders and challenges.
Or you may respond better when I start by asking what's going on.
We'll build an accountability plan that supports you. Not one that shames you.
Your needs may also change throughout your coaching journey. We'll continue evaluating what's helping and adjust when necessary.
When Life Happens
Life will happen during these 12 weeks.
Please don't feel like you need to hide when it does.
If illness, travel, family circumstances, stress, schedule changes, or another situation affects your ability to follow your plan, communicate with me.
We can modify a plan.
We can lower the target.
We can change the strategy.
We can decide that this week looks different.
What we can't do together is work through something I don't know is happening.
Your Initial Commitment
HTN Coaching begins with an initial 12-week commitment.
Meaningful change takes time, and these 12 weeks give us the opportunity to establish your baseline, build sustainable habits, evaluate your progress, make adjustments, and learn what works for you.
This is not a 12-week perfection challenge.
It's 12 weeks of practicing stewardship.
One Last Thing
Her True Name is rooted in the belief that your worth is not determined by your weight, your food choices, your workout streak, or your ability to check every box.
Your identity comes first.
We're not trying to punish your body into becoming worthy.
We're learning to care for the woman God already calls His.
There will be grace here.
There will also be accountability.
Both can exist at the same time.
My Commitment
I have read and understand the HTN Coaching Commitment.
I understand that HTN Coaching is a collaborative coaching relationship. My coach will provide individualized guidance, support, and accountability, but my progress also requires my honest communication and participation.
I understand that I am not expected to be perfect. I am expected to stay engaged, communicate when I'm struggling, and allow myself to be coached.
I am ready to participate in my own becoming. 🤍
